Test benches development
Hypertec Solution develops and manufactures static and dynamic test benches to carry out accelerated checks of the functionality – over time – of mechanical systems. As a component of the development process, test benches are essential to highlight the criticalities of a prototype of the system and correct them before the start of production. We believe verification tests are crucial to ensure product quality and safety, especially for mission-critical components. Industrial automation software
Since the end of 2015, Hypertec Solution has joined mechanical engineering with an electronic engineering group in constant dialogue with the former. Both collaborate for the entire software design process for industrial automation. The interaction between mechanics and electronics has, in fact, the goal of automating production systems. Hypertec Solution, therefore, combines the mechanical design phase with a software design to be able to work on multiple levels from the very beginning. In particular, this allows us to provide a complete and tailor-made service for each client. Software design is undoubtedly a fundamental aspect of any industrial project. We, therefore, deal with the analysis, design, development, and testing of software applied to industrial automation systems, as well as the control of production processes and plant supervision. Therefore, we use simulation systems and Virtual Commissioning to make the most of the synergy between the different design activities.
